Shipping policy

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday AEST.
  • You will receive tracking advice from Australia Post once your order has been dispatched (if you included your email address with your order).
  • If you have problems with your online order, please email: accounts@rracing.com.au we will respond as soon as possible during office hours.
  • Ramsdell Racing does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen mail once it has left our hands.
  •  If your item has been lost or incorrectly delivered by Australia Post - we will lodge a complaint for you and escalate the matter.
  • If you receive a package which has been tampered with, please lodge a stolen goods report with your local law enforcement. Ramsdell Racing is in no way responsible for lost, mis-handled or stolen goods.
